Couple of days ago SerialTerminal repository on github.com was updated with doxygen comments. Comments are written like on the website with doxygen documentation. Not every function is commented with full description, but every one has a \brief one. I will try to update the comments regularly. I think about Travis CI website, it could update documentation automaticl automatically, but it doesn’t look to be free.
